Frequently Asked Questions
1.What is your sourcing process for ingredients?
All of our ingredients are either grown in my own personal garden or sourced organically and sustainably from trusted suppliers. Every plant is chosen with care, ensuring purity and potency.
2.Are your products tested on animals?
No, absolutely not. We are proudly cruelty-free—no animal testing is ever involved in any stage of our production.
3.How long do the products stay fresh?
Our tinctures can last up to 2 years when stored properly. Natural settling or sediment is normal, as they are made with dried plant material, so a little residue is not a sign of spoilage. Herbal teas typically stay fresh up to 1 year if they have dried fruit pieces; otherwise, they can last up to 2 years. Always store in a cool, dry place.
4.Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within the continental United States and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to our low-cost shipping model.
5.How should I store the products?
Keep all products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. This helps maintain their potency and shelf life.
6.Are your products safe during pregnancy or for children?
Our products are designed for adults. I carefully select herbs that are generally safe for most people, including children, but since everyone’s body is different, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before use.
7.Do you create single tincture or custom tincture products?
Yes, I do! I offer individual tinctures from my existing ingredient list, and I can also create custom blends tailored to your needs. Just send me a message, and we’ll discuss the perfect formulation!
8.What is an herbal consultation?
An herbal consultation is a personalized educational session where we discuss your wellness goals and lifestyle. I provide information on the traditional uses of herbs and guide you in understanding your options. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. This is an opportunity for you to learn about herbs so you can make informed and confident decisions about your well-being.
